The Haiti Disaster, Be part of the Relief

The current Haiti disaster must be of great concern to us all. It can happen everywhere and anybody can be a victim.  That we don't experience such in Nigeria does not mean that we are holier than these aggrieved people are.  What's more disasters don't discriminate against religion, sex, race, colour, creed, and all that people who are in peace make important when they want to forment trouble.

So, Haiti's case is a case for all and we can all be part of it.  Nothing is too small and the world is a global village.

How do you help?  Bill Clinton has made this easy.  You can contribute directly to Haiti victims through his foundation.  I've just given my own widow's mite a moment ago through them.  I urge you to do so too by visiting https://re.clintonfoundation.org/SSLPage.aspx?pid=3869

God will reward you and by His grace no disaster of any nature will come near you.

Let's demonstrate LOVE beyond our borders!

NB If you wish to give but cannot process payment directly through Bill Clinton Foundation, you can pay in naira and  we can assist in tranfering it to Bill's Foundation IN YOUR NAME. .  To indicate interest, please send  "HAITI"  to : treasuredynamics@gmail.com. or SMS "HAITI" to +2348034465225.

We can process it on your behalf and provide evidence for its transaction.  ANY AMOUNT WILL DO BUT BILL'S MINIMUM AMOUNT IS $25.  Convert that to naira.   Lower amount can be sent however by pooling with other people's funds.

Positive Flashes: Should Marriage Be Timed?

Should Marriage
Be Timed?

Some people have opined
Marriage need not be timed
I disagree because it’s misleading
Everything in life has its time
Failure to recognise this and plan
Will lead to old age discomfiture
Our youthful retirement should be fun
If we marry too early we will lose the joy of our youth
If we marry too late,
We might lose the joy of our old age
Retirement should be fun
Without pressing responsibilities,
But late marriage  will create problems for us at old age!
To emphasize this probability
Let us use the model below with the following standard assumptions

·       We are in Nigeria
·       The current Retirement age in  is 60 years
·       There are five fathers
·      They got married variously  at 25,30,33,35 and 37 respectively.
·       All five fathers began rearing children a year later
·       Each father produces not more than four children
·       They train their children only up to the 1st Degree
·       The children complete their education on schedule
·       Youth service isn’t part of their father’s care-period
·       Whether the five fathers
·       are employees or employers,
·       their target is to retire at 60 years.
·       Each of them married only one wife
·       All are responsible father who want to enjoy their retirements.
All things being equal, the bold, blue figure against each name below represents the age at which each father will produce a graduate!
Marriage Model
Age of Father At Marriage
Ages the fathers gave birth to the four children
Age Child of father 1 when  child 1  leaves  Primary, |Secondary, Tertiary institutions,
