Becoming a Pastor,
An Escape Route
Many people are rushing
To the pulpit
Even without divine urging
Because they think
It is an escape route
But the truth is obvious
That pastoring
Is not a career for mediocres
Apart form being truly
And divinely called
Spiritually and intellectually
To fulfill her mission
Basically he should be
A qualified member
Of a particular profession
As demonstration to his followers
That even if he were in the secular world,
He would equally have made it in life.
