Many people get carried away by the statutory MANDATORY retirement age of 70 for Lawyers and 60 for others. Don't be caught in this trap. Don't be MANDATED by the law before you mandate yourself to quit. Whatever achievements you've not recorded in your career life between 45 and 55 years of age, it will take the grace of God for you to attain it even if you retire at 100!
In the nature's age calculation formlula, because of the tensend Nigerian environment under which you operated, at 45 you are almost 60 years of age. Now consider if you want to work till 60 which means you are about 75 years old! No wonder people die or become completely useless to themselves before or shortly after attaining their MANDATORY retirement. It is better to retire when you can still be useful to yourself. Consider this golden advice. Give room for younger generations! Good morning.
