Having Difficulties Arriving At a Decision?

Life is full of choices. Our parents took a decision before we were born. They took a decision whether to send us to or not. We took the decision whether to obey them by excelling or failing out of the school. We take a decision whether to work or not or even become a criminal or not; we take a decision on the career to take to. We decide whether we should marry or not ourselves; whether or not to bring forth children; invest our or waste them; care for our parents or not. Serve God or not. The writer of this post decided to post it!

All these have repercussions on us, good or bad.

Are you having difficulty reaching a decision on any issue, apply Ben Carson's B/W Analysis approach. It is called BEST, WORSE or WORST BEST ANALYSIS.

For instance to marry or not ask yourself,

What is the best thing that will happen to me if I got married?
Ans: I will become responsible; I will have a companion; it is the will of God; I will be able to produce children named after me; I will be able saved from sexual temptations. At old age, I will my children will cater for me.

What is the worst thing that can happen to me?

I will take on more responsibilities directly or indirectly (higher feeding, dealing with extended family challenges, faced with challenges of parenting. If my wife is incompatible with me, then I am in trouble for the rest of my life. If I divorce her, my life will never remain the same; I must provide for my family compulsorily; Even if we are compatible, we may face some unpleasant challenges such that we have to tolerate ourselves if not our relationship will pack up; and so on. If I marry inter-tribally, my wife might not settle in my village at my old age.

If I don't marry at all what is the best thing to happen to me:

Ans. I have ONLY to myself, maybe my parents, siblings and extended families and community, If I so desire, to cater for So no less stress for me.

If I don't marry at all what is the worst thing that can happen to me
Loneliness at old age. Appear irresponsible in my active days and my life may be miserable because I have no companion. I will likely frolic around women to satisfy my sexual urges, through that produce children that will become problems to my society.

Then take a decision. Whatever decision you arrive at, those things you forsee will be waiting for you as you journey through life. As they arise, you prepare for their solutions. Don't ever take any decision without considering the B/W Analysis. That's what Ben Cars, a reknowned international Neurosurgeon uses even to take decisions on whether or not to cary out brain surgery on all his patients. He adds prayers. And they have resulted in his success! Good morning.
